This report summarizes the results of a March 2014 survey of WorldatWork members to gather information about trends in bonus programs and practices. The research measures prevalence data on each of the types of bonus programs but also provides common eligibility criteria, payout averages and other details about how the programs are administered.
This information is provided to subscribers, friends, faculty, students and alumni of the School of Industrial & Labor Relations (ILR). It is a service of the Institute for Workplace Studies (IWS) in New York City.
