Small Business Job Trends Optimistic; Uncertainty Lingers

The Third Quarter Employment Bulletin shows small business job growth central to overall employment growth, as construction employment continues to recover. Small businesses are estimated to have created 4.0 million of the 6.4 million private-sector net new jobs since the recovery started.
