[IWS] BLS: LABSTAT Database -- GRAPHIC OUTPUT NOW AVAILABLE

LABSTAT Database
http://data.bls.gov/PDQ/outside.jsp?survey=ce

This system lets public users query the BLS databases for specific data series of interest. For each survey and program, select the desired variables in the order listed. As selections are made, the remaining options will be immediately updated to reflect only those alternatives which remain valid. Once the series are defined, click the Get Data button to retrieve the data. Data for the most recent ten years will be displayed in an HTML table format. If a different time period or format is desired, click on the Reformat Data button for options on refining the data retrieval results.

For STEP or Screen # 1
Select One or More Data Types: Click on the Data Type(s) of interest to select. The Super Sectors and Industries available will appear in the respective windows.

For STEP or Screen #2
Select One or More Super Sectors: Click on the Super Sector of interest to select. The Industries available will appear in the respective windows.

For STEP or Screen #3
Select one or more Industries: Click on the Industry(ies) of interest to select.

For STEP or Screen #4
Select Seasonal Adjustment: Select "not seasonally adjusted" and/or "seasonally adjusted" data series by clicking the check box next to the desired seasonal adjustment option(s).

For STEP or Screen #5
Add To Your Selection: Once a Data Type, Industry and Seasonal Adjustment have been selected, the Add To Your Selection button becomes active. Click to list the defined data series in the "Your Selections" box; multiple selections can be added in this manner. Click the "Get Data" button to retrieve all the selected data series with one command.
